How does the free trial work?

We want you to try Audiowriter for free. We offer 10 free credits to try Audiowriter. We don't ask for a credit card to try Audiowriter, so we can't charge you until you decide you want to become a customer. 100% your call, no surprises.

Will I be charged when I select a plan?

Yes. We will charge you the selected plan immediately after you select it. Only select a plan when you're ready to start your membership.

Can I pay monthly? And what payment methods?

We offer monthly and annual billing. We will bill you $9.99 per month or $50 once-per-year (which breaks down to $4.17/month for 12 months of service). We require a credit or debit card for payment. We can't accept purchase orders, checks, ACH/wire, PayPal, cryptocurrency, barter, or other forms of payment.

Do you offer enterprise plan pricing?

Yes, we do! We offer enterprise plan pricing for organizations of 10 or more users. Please contact us @ hello@audiowriter.io to learn more.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes.If you're a paying customer at the time of cancellation, you can send us an email at hello@audiowriter.io to cancel your membership. We will process your cancellation request within 24 hours.
